Payment and delivery conditions

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions of delivery in force for each order.

Jalkis Oy 3289480-3 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells products to individuals and companies in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery conditions and prices.

The prices of the products include VAT.

By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions, the prices of the products and the delivery charges. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation will show the products ordered and the price.


The e-commerce payment provider is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority.

Payment is made via the Visma Pay online service and the statement and invoice will show Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy as the beneficiary of the payment. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant.

Payment is secure as all transaction information is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the transaction details.

A transaction is created between an e-commerce customer and an online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods

Through Visma Pay, you can pay with your online banking ID, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or instalment.

The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local cooperative banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Flexo, Alisa Invoice and Alisa Business Invoice.

MobilePay: you can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the debit from the payment card fails, it is not possible to pay with a MobilePay wallet in the online shop.

Flexible bill and instalment is a domestic service that lets you make your purchases quickly and securely. The flexibility is intended for individuals who have managed their finances properly. Flexibility gives you 30 days interest-free and free of charge. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in instalments. With instalments, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 instalments, starting from €9.90/month. The cost of the Flexibility instalment plan is 3.90 EUR/month and the interest rate is 19.90%. You can use Jousto to pay for purchases between €30 and €3000. The lender is Aurajoki Nordic Oy.

OP Invoice - A flexible way to pay for online purchases. For customers of all banks. With OP Invoice you can make purchases up to EUR⁠5,000 and pay them off interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the invoice into several instalments. Your purchases are displayed in one place, so you can easily keep track of how your money is spent. With a credit limit, you can keep your consumption within the limits you want. You will receive your invoices conveniently by email. On our online service, you can see information about your OP Invoice usage and the amount of purchases you have made. You can use OP Invoice if you are over 20 years of age and able to pay, and you have the domain names of a Finnish bank.

Alisa Invoice is a flexible and secure payment method. The payment method is suitable for all consumers over the age of 20 for all types of purchases. If you wish, you can split the bill into smaller parts and pay back in up to 60 instalments.

A business invoice is a flexible and secure payment method for businesses. The payment method is suitable for all Finnish companies, regardless of their legal form. The buyer's right to purchase is fully digitally verified and the purchase transaction takes just a few minutes. The company can choose the appropriate payment period from three options: 14 days, 30 days or 60 days.

Order confirmation

Orders will be confirmed by email, indicating

To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when placing your order.
With each order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of delivery in force.

Delivery time

Delivery to retailers normally takes 3-7 working days, during the high season delivery time may be extended by a few days.
We will always inform you about exceptional delivery times on the front page of the online shop.
If any of the items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you.

Delivery costs and delivery method

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs to Finland and are automatically added to the total amount of the order.

The parcel will be collected from the post office or post office parcel machine of your choice. Orders can usually be picked up within 1-2 working days after 16:00.

Delivery charges for retailers are automatically calculated according to the products ordered.

Postal address: the arrival notification is sent by SMS and usually also to the email address indicated in the dispatch. In addition to the date of arrival, the item will be kept at the post office for 7 days.

Parcel machine: the arrival notification and the parcel machine code will be sent by SMS. The parcel will be kept in the machine for 7 days after its arrival.

Right to return the product

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Returns are free of charge in Finland. For international orders, we charge a delivery fee for returns.
The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

Once the products to be returned have been accepted, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account, usually via the payment method provider used.

Problems with transport and defective products

If a product is lost in transit, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to you, please report the fault immediately to or +358 41 319 7402
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Correction of a product defect

If the delivered product is damaged, please contact us so that we can replace the damaged product.
Products and product prices
The prices of the products are shown in the product presentations. The price shown in the online shop is the current price. The price of the products includes 24% VAT. In the case of a clearly identifiable price error, we reserve the right to charge the correct price for the product.

Uncollected parcel

Failure to pick up your order is not a refund. The customer is responsible for the delivery and return costs in both directions for uncollected packages. In addition to the delivery costs, the customer will be charged €15 for the return of the parcel. We will credit any leftover products to the customer's account.
