Data storage and destruction

The information in the customer register is kept for the duration of the customer relationship. However, order, invoice and payment data are kept in the same way as other accounting records. Data that has become redundant is securely destroyed.

Principles for the protection of the register

The customer register is treated confidentially. The register is adequately protected from external firewalls and other technical protection measures. The register is kept only in electronic form and any occasional paper copies are immediately and properly destroyed.
The register is used only by persons whose functions include its use and who are bound by confidentiality. Each user of the register has a personal username and password.

Requests should be sent to the contact person mentioned above, who will also respond to any requests for further information.
Regular data disclosures
Personal data may also be transferred to other service providers in order to implement the system. We have ensured that all our service providers comply with data protection legislation.

Duration of processing

As a general rule, personal data will be processed for as long as the customer relationship lasts.
The data subject may unsubscribe from our marketing list via the link in each marketing email we send.

Processors of personal data

The controller and its employees process personal data. We may also outsource part of the processing of personal data to a third party, in which case we will ensure through contractual arrangements that the personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and otherwise appropriately. Currently, the external data processors are the accounting office.

Updating data

The customer can update their name and address information in their e-commerce profile. In addition, the customer may contact our contact person mentioned above to update their information.
Other rights related to the processing of personal data
You have the right to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes. A request for restriction of data processing should be made by e-mail to the contact person of the register.
